Modificación Ley policías locales

En el DOGC de hoy se ha publicado:

Ley 3/2023, del 16 de marzo de mesuras fiscales, financieras, administrativas y del sector público para 2023.

En el artículo 36 de esta ley se prevé la modificación de la Ley 16/1991 de las policías locales de Cataluña respecto a la escala básica:

»5. La titulación exigida para las categorías de agente y caporal, a excepción del que establecen los apartados 1 y 2, es la siguiente: título de bachillerato, técnico u otra de equivalente o superior.
